cool. you get the choice of servers. choose Trabia (idr the name of Selphie's Garden but thats what we chose when Negi and I started playing.) idk if you have a prefrence, but like Negi said we started out in Gridania. I love Uldah so i like being there most of the time doing leves and behests, but if you ever want to explore, go to gridania too. its awesome!

I want to do the one with the boat. It has Jelly fish and Y'shtola and that big guy who uses a GUN!

Limsa Lominsa. nice choice. they dont have too big behests, but still a cool city. the underwater caves are amazing there!

Oh yeah, does that thing in the customization like Wildwood Elezen/Duskwight Elezen do anything?

If i remember correctly, Wildwood and Moon whatever differ. Wild wood are Elzen that are said to a keen sense of sight - a contributing factor in their unparallel expertiese as archers. (from the phamplet in the game bos. hehe) and Duskwight (Vergaud is that) are said to have proven advantages in hand - to - hand combat. meaning if you want a lancer, go with duskwight, and archer go with wildwood.

I see, so stat advantages, or compatibility advantages?

i think compatability. not sure about stats tho.

The short ones are always the magic type, so I went with Lalafell.
And Dunesfolk Lalafell were the more dark magicky ones and looked cooler.

I think it's funny, my character looks exactly like a Lalafell version of me.
Has the exacts same hair style and color.

Dwarves are short and usually aren't magic based :3

yeah and you customize your characters the way you want. mine looks awesome!
