About HIM being playable...

And yes, I mean D. Chaos. All the signs are pointing to yes.

Regardless of what you think of him being playable, this is indeed a very good thing for us, for a number of reasons! Here are some I thought up of:

1. Him being playable means that he would certainly be allowed in Create-a-Quest, meaning ChipNoir can indeed be played by him.
2. Since he's playable, he won't be a three part battle like normal Chaos is. If the latter case was true, he'd be way too tedious to fight for a few battles instead of just one.
3. Him being playable means that we can have some battles, either in the main story or one of the bonus stories, from his perspective (i.e. him fighting the heroes).
4. Most important of all, we can keep the irony of ChipNoir being played by a character he hates in a mode he hates XD

Yes, he has been confirmed officially now.

I may be in the minority here, but i'm glad he's playable.

We needed more Chaos characters, so i'm glad SE tried to add some, even if the effort was small.

I too am happy that they decided to add D. Chaos as a playable character. Heck, since I've been hoping that he's been playable since they discovered his portrait. Mainly because it means it's another character. Yes, that's why I'm glad.

BUT IT CUT OUT VIVI's and LOCKE'S CHANCES!

As a side note, it you haven't been on the GameFAQs boards... his English name is apparently 'Feral Chaos'. Makes sense, since... that's basically what he is.

Wait...Feral Chaos IS the official name now? Laaame...Desperado sounded better, but then, so did Melancholy Prison... though now I wonder... what's the name of his manikin?

Yep. Somebody posted a video (in english) of them fighting him, and his named popped up as "Feral Chaos". And I have no idea what the name for it is.
