The 3DS is AMAZING!

The 3D system functions great, the games come in nice and clear, and the extra stuff the system can do is a bunch of random fun.

For those of you on the fence about this system, I highly recommend it.

That's nice to hear. I'm not on the fence at all (I already preordered mine), but it's good to hear this.

Not on the fence, just too poor to afford one anytime soon. Didn't get a DS until last year, so it'll probably be some time until I get a 3DS.

Does it play DS games? Maybe even GBA? I doubt the latter, but I can still hope.

However, there's no Slot 2 on this, so no GBA.

I'll definitely be getting a 3DS, but i'm waiting for the redesign that we all know is eventually coming. I want a better battery life. The current model's is horrible, in my opinion.

I'll buy the NGP as soon as it releases, though. I already have enough for it, and i'm currently (however slowly that is) saving up for the day I will get an 3DS.

I'm busy. And not overly concerned, been distracted.

I'll wait for more games to come out for it first.

I got Nintendogs+Cats and Street Fighter IV.

Nintendogs is adorable, and a considerable improvement from the first game, and the cats are so incredibly adorable.

Street Fighter is pretty good too. This was the "Must Have" game when it came to 3DS release titles with all the reviewers.
It plays pretty good.

I'll wait for LoZ: OoT 3D, and a few other things first. Namely Megaman Legends 3...I own and love 1 and 2.

i agree with Negi! 3ds is awesome! i only have nintendogs, but its amazing! my puppy looks so cute! *dnt judge* the 3d literally makes you see the dog actually jump out at you! its awesome! i cant wait to see what SE does with it!

Kind of.
I mean, dogs are the only ones that can really do anything, as far as I know. Like go for walks and do tournaments.

But they put alot of attention in making the cats.
They were originally going to just copy paste the bones from dogs into the cats, but realize it looked wierd.
So they put alot of work into making the cats completely from scratch.(pun not intended)

I still don't know, haven't bought a cat yet.

and what negi said about the programmed stuff. they are so much fun. you can do stuff like this in it:

it gives you character cards that when seen through the camera using one of its programs, lets you sketch the characters and draw them. this is a must get system.
