I have two cut scenes...

In my story which I personally can't place in mine. I was wondering if anyone would care to have them as apart of their story, just to help hint at my character

*will post scenes once edited to 10 text box rule*

This one shows how I've started cutting my ties with ChipNoir


A lone wanderer, seemingly unarmed, lingers through the midnight desert (Lunar subterrane). He passes through, barely a sound. Suddenly, a man comes out
DEKM: *He heard a man behind him who says: “Where ya goin’ “D”? You have duties to fulfill”* My name is

DEKM! Leave me alone, I’m not in the mood *He swept his arm horizontally*

???: Hm, no fun as usual. But with your master gone, you’re not nearly as powerful~

DEKM: You dare challenge me? *Spawns a sword in his hand* Grr… *The weapon vaporizes*

Thamaturge: Oh, dog got bark but no bite?

DEKM: You’re not worth my time

Thamaturge: What?! *Extends chain from weapon and swings it down*

DEKM: You just don’t get it… *Spawns Shield, and blocks*

Thamaturge: You!-

DEKM: *Holding a gun in his direction* …bye… *Walks off*

Thamaturge: …tch, underestimated him… no matter, we have his source of power…

After Chipnoir’s defeat

DEKM: * It was a massacre; they fought the deity of nightmares, on par, and just managed to defeat him, but not one survived. The wanderer of the war gingerly stepped through, trying not to violate the fallen.* Why…? I don’t get it, they knew this would happen, so why would they do this? *A dark laughter rang in his ear: “Because their fools!”* You’re… still alive after that? *It was his “leader” ChipNoir*

ChipNoir: AHAHAHA, I wish! I’m dead, I won’t live through this. I’m barely conscious right now. Though, as I’m not mortal you probably wouldn’t be able to tell. So do you know who else has survived?

DEKM: *Mildly surprised* Oh, there are still others huh? How’s that possible?

ChipNoir: You stand before me, talking now

DEKM: Hm, *looks away* I couldn’t care less about fighting for you. All I want is my pride… to find the murderer of-*He was cut off*

ChipNoir: Still on that? Ha! Then our ideals are the same I’ve come to know, that the one who killed your master, was none other than sanaki himself, he is no deity of dreams, he is a deity of trickery, and mockery!

DEKM: … sanaki…

ChipNoir: Yes, he has no value of life, he had his warriors march straight to me to their deaths, he probably thought once I was out of the way, my few remaining soldiers would fall easy… but no! You’re better than that, you survived up until now, as one of my true knights- *Has a fit of coughing*

DEKM: *showing concern* Is it…. True? Did he really kill him? *DEKM was unsure of what to think, his expression showed much disbelief, but, as unsure as he was, he had no other lead* … I’ll do it, if only for myself

ChipNoir: *A dark smirk formed across his face* Very good…. Carry out my will, I think it’d take many cycles before I regain my power… *He slowly faded into shadows*

I'm trying to figure out how scenes can work with one cutscene per battle

Yes, I'm currently saying that I can't fit this in my story, as neither of them directly result in a battle for me

So I was wondering if anyone else could put them in their story somewhere

I could do a mini third one I guess... but that'd be unbalanced

One possibility I thought of is using the 'lose' cutscenes for a bit of additional story scenes. Apparently, you can make both 'winning' and 'losing' cutscenes, so bonus scenes could theoretically be added for the loss scenes.

Not sure how that'd help in this case. Though i will think on that for my actual story

Well, one thing I was thinking is that this would be a chance to us to show more of the story within the quest, as the 'loss' cutscene, instead of an actual losing cutscene, can show what happened prior to the battle. The ones where showing what happened before the battle isn't necessary can instead show a scene that doesn't have to do with the story at hand, but at another point (like a villain POV) We can add a note that to see more of the story, one has see the losing cutscenes as well, while those who simply wish for battles don't have to.

Ok here is the note that needs to be added cause that can (and has) to work

Note: Due to Square Enix not adding 2 cutscenes a battle we here at Ortus A Cado Company (trademark) we had to move the "Before Battle" Cutscene to the "Lose Scene" We are very sorry for this inconvenience but we know some of you won't care for it.

The only exception to this rule can be before the Chip Battles where we can find a way around it.
