I can also think of Stella (Bartz's mom), Sheila (Yang's Wife and Ursula's mother), Madonna/Madeline (Terra's mom), Lucrecia (technically Sephy's actual mother), Cecilia (Cecil's and Theodor's mom) and Johanna (Rosa's mom, though she's never called that in-game)...
