Villain Motives
Your Villain can't be like "Sup I'm Evil" He needs motives
What are they?
I don't know put them here.

Re: Villain Motives
My villain is Yukanna, but I can't say the motive without giving away MAJOR spoilers to my story...but just know that it's pretty good.

Re: Villain Motives
my villian is syrup, so he has to come up with his own thing.
But I believe we added Ballandchain after I brought him up so it might be my duty to take care of him

Silkfrost and I were lovers, but I betrayed his kingdom and things went downhill very fast from there.

Re: Villain Motives
Phostopho is...well, I posted it on the cbox already so, why not? Phostopho is actually my mentor from the past.
Chip decides to summon my mentor back when he just became a l'Cie. At this time, he was hateful toward everyone and the world. As he just became a l'Cie, his magic is not that strong yet, and since he is somewhat weaker than most of the rest of the world at the time, he uses many different weapons so that he can still come out on top.

Re: Villain Motives
How about this for BallAndChain, since I was the one who thought to bring him.
He was a rogue beastment leader in my world.
He challenges the hords, and despite being human was able to take absolute control and dominion over them and sought to topple the 4 great cities.
I was the one relied on to protect Windurst.
I knocked his team back everytime they even got so much as a mile away from the city,.
But they're growing in numbers and it's become harder and harder to fight back.
I'm just not enough.
But that's when Me, Him, Snow, and NarutoVsIchigo are summoned to the wars.
Hows that?

Dragmire is a schemer and usurper, much like the Emperor. He is among the weakest members of the Shadow Lurkers by himself, but he wants to have the power of a god for himself, and knows how to push the buttons of heroes.

Re: Villain Motives
I was thinking of some crazy idea for Stunna...it would go into a little more detail on the process of bringing people back but it might seem over the top.
Stunna would go around and kill as many people as he can (explains his motives on the airship) so he can travel to Hell and find the empty vessels of the ones he killed.
Normally once the Vessel is defeated the soul would return to the body. But Stunna uses the magical power of plot device (working this part out) to absorb the soul and with it some power himself.
Sadly for him he can't get every person he kills because well
1. It would take to long
2. The Empty Vessels Kick Butt (considering the in the story the fights might be close to Inward Chaos Hard)
Though the more souls he gets the more he can receive
He is planning to use this method to become an all powerful god that controls the world and all that jazz.

Re: Villain Motives
dude...why not make it the magical power of the crystals (can't remember if everybody gets one or not)?

Don't know how Stunna would have the power of a crystal
I'm sure he has some ways.

Re: Villain Motives
Somebody DID steal a crystal in one of the backstories (Aqua's, if she can get that thing written again), and I'm sure Stunna could probably manipulate the thief into giving him one if he's anything like the Emperor. Besides, you know we need a crystal dealing with the plot somewhere in here...it's practically a staple of the FF series. XD

Re: Villain Motives
aboveallyou doesn't really have a motive....
It's kind of hard for me to make one, considering the nature of my character and backstory. Perhaps he just angers me at one point, and I decide to make him my target?
I am one to keep grudges, after all.

Re: Villain Motives
Quite simply, my conflict with ChipNoir is due to our ideals, and the fact that I beat him and kept him from controlling the fate of the FFII world. If I hadn't stood in his way, the course of FFII's history would have been much different. As well, he's kidnapped the person I love, in order to keep me from directly acting in this war, which obviously is a problem. Those are the general ideas I've had on him and me, at least.
