Ovearching villains' plot
Hey guys, this is the thing. Since I'm on the shadowlurker side my story needs to also be heavily based on the plotting of the villains. One of their main goals I feel is to allow my powers to be harnessed to an extent where I'm almost as strong as Chip, making us undefeatable.
Attn: this is different from villain motives. I'm talking about the overall BIG plot
Any suggestions for otherwise? Or to add on?

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
I really don't know how Stunna would interact...
He is kinda like emperor in the fact that he wants to be a god (by stealing souls of the ones he kills) but he isn't super duper strategical.
There might be a chance he tries to have you do something similar with SOULS if they are trying to make you super awesome

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
The only way they can ever get souls is by killing manikins. But that would take a lot of building up and explanation on why the manikins have souls in the first place

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
I'm hesitating between two versions of Silkfrost...
The manipulator, borderline sadistic power-hungry guy. Wants to bring stuff down, especially me and everyone who stands in his way to me (ie. teammates). Hopes to get this power outside of the Dissidia World, so he can take down his enemies (the kingdom I hail from). Could also stand in his own team's way, if they're trying to kill me, or prevent him from killing me for XYZ reason. Could oppose a traitor very well, since he dislike traitors with a fierce passion.
I had another version where he'd just be the equivalent of a big troll... while it suits what I think of him on the forums, the above storyline works better. So I might stick with this one, unless changes are needed.

I've already explained Stunna's thing..look in the villain motive please.
Don't want to type again.

Yes I would go for the first idea. There definitely will be other villain dispute and not just revolving around me. I believe syrup will convert from the shadowlurker side so maybe syrup will face silkfrost for beig a traitor too.

Erm I think I need to clarify what this topic is supposed to be for.
Attn: this thread is for te overarching villain plot as in the big plan for the villains to gain the upper hand to strike down the sanaki warriors

So that works well then, awesome! Keeping this one up.
EDIT: I just read above. I see. But this is a good way to form villain teams up though, if need be. Kinda like in the first D:FF.

Yukanna would end up helping in the plot. Mostly because it helps serve the purpose behind his actions.

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
ahh I got confused XD
I don't know what he would do to be honest...it seems he would mostly work on his own goals and just work with others either
1. To make sure he has "minions"
2. To doublecross them?

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
For dude's villain: I think stunna should be the other leading figure, as in yea he gathers a few rebellious shadowlurlers as well in order for himself to overrule chip.
For dark's villain, yukanna will be more of a loyal subject? Is that what you suggest? Well that will be needed so okay.
For Xan's villain, he is also a loyal one I guess but he is one that dislikes traitors. So there definitely will be clashes with him and stunna. And also the rest of stunna's followers.

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
Stunna having a group of people works really well for me.
Because when Dude goes out he takes a few Shadow Lurkers with them
Stunna and some others.
The others could be his posse.
But people have to be cool with me killing there villain

It's more like he's helping for a specific reason dealing with me. Don't want to spoil it this early. It's a BIG twist, one that would extend to pretty much everybody.

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
Oh great, he went back in time and made us all come from the same orphanage. >.>
Re: Ovearching villains' plot
Okay so since that works well I'll need about 2/3 villains to follow stunna. The rest are more loyal to chip but bot counting the disputes within them.
For me, heimdalgc is chip's righthand man so he will do anything to grab hold of me but at the same time he'll be jealous about chip not wanting to use him instead

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
Okay... I missed something.
Shouldn't we be aware of what's going on with everyone? If it's gonna affect our storylines, which we're planning right now... I don't exactly wanna re-plan everything right now.

Mine explains how the power of the crystals truly work...while giving insight onto why one would want them.

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
It can. Alright, I might as well spill it then. For those of you who read the spoilers, it is below.
Also, extra spoiler below for Yukanna if you want to read it.
- Spoiler:
- The power of the crystals are based on desire. So if you desire something, it will give it to you. However, this CAN be a double edged sword...and the bigger the desire, the greater size of the crystal needed.
Also, extra spoiler below for Yukanna if you want to read it.
- Spoiler:
- Because Dark desires greatly to be a hero, the crystal created Yukanna from its power. As long as Dark desires to be a hero, Yukanna cannot die, and Dark cannot be killed by Yukanna because of this. An eternal stalemate...unless some greater power is used to grant his desire, at which point Yukanna will disappear.

Re: Ovearching villains' plot
Honestly I feel we shouldn't keep stuff hidden from other people. We're trying to work together here IMO... so why keeping stuff secret?
Now this thing makes a LOT more sense to me, and gives my character and my villain another dimension I can exploit.
