The scene opens to just outside a beautiful wedding.
A photographer is getting a group picture of the families.
Cloud is chatting to Cecil about the whole affair.

Cecil-
Well Cloud, I guess we made it huh!

Cloud-
.... I didn't think there'd be any doubt.
You and Rosa never left eachothers side since you met at Dr. Exdeath's lectures.

Cecil-
To be completely honest Cloud, she was the only reason I showed up in the first place.
I have no reason to dabble in talk of the void, but I wish he could have made it today.

Cloud-
*he looks off into the distance*

I took my motorcycle to see him last vacation.
It's a shame his new job has taken him away from Midgar.

Rosa the bride turns her back and throws the bouquet into a large crowd of women.
After a scuffle, Tifa is the one to triumphantly raise the flowers over her head, cheering.

Cecil-
It looks like it could be your turn next.

Cloud-
... Whatever.

The wedding now over, people begin to get in their cars and go.
Everyone leaves except for Cloud and Tifa, and the family(from now on known as Family) that runs the chapel.

Tifa-
Oh Cloud, today was amazing.
Didn't Rosa look absolutely beautiful?
Just an hour ago she was boring old Rosa, now she's Mrs. Cecil Harvey.

Cloud-
Yeah, I guess Cecil's a lucky guy.

Tifa-
Yeah.

Cloud-
Everyone knows Rosa's a great fighter.

Tifa-
And Cecil himself could level up any day now.

Cloud-
Yeah.

There is awkward silence for a while, before Cloud breaks it.

The screen darkens on the two holding hands within the chapel, the materia in their hands.

When the screen brightens once again, we are in Order's Sanctuary.
Cosmos sits on her throne and looks up to the audience (you).

Cosmos-
I would like, if I may, to take you on a strange journey.
It seemed to be a fairly ordinary night when Cloud Strife and his party member Tifa Lockheart left Midgar that

late evening to visit Void Master Exdeath, ex dark lord but now friend to them both.
It's true there were clouds of darkness, heavy, black and pendulus, toward which they were driving.
It's also true the spare tire they were carrying was out of air.
But they, being normal adults on a night out, well, they were not going to allow a storm to spoil the events they

had planned for that evening.
On a night out.

It was a night out, that they were going to remember for a very long time.

I'm not aloud to look at this because I'm not 18

Cloud is driving his motorcycle Fenrir through the rain.
Tifa clutches tightly to his waist so she doesn't fall off.
While riding, Tifa notices that they passed a man in dark cloak.

Tifa-
That's the 3rd hooded man we've seen on this road.
They're certainly brave, going out in this sort of weather.

Cloud-
Life seems to ignore the underclass like them.

Cloud begins to slow the motorcycle.

Tifa-
Cloud, is something wrong?

Tifa then notices the dead end sign ahead of them.

Cloud-
I think we missed a path a ways back.

Tifa-
But then, what were those hooded guys doing out here.

Cloud-
Doesn't matter, we need to turn back.

Cloud attempts to restart the Fenrir, but to no avail.

Tifa-
Why won't this thing start?

Cloud-
It's locked down, something must be up with it.

A sudden lightning strike draws the team's attention away from the bike.

Cloud-
You stay here and fight off any monsters, I'll go for help.

Tifa-
But where will you go? There's nothing around for miles.

Cloud-
... I noticed a castle a mile back. They might have a PHS we could use.

Tifa-
Well then I'm coming with you.

Cloud-
I don't need any help.

Tifa-
But what if the owner of the castle is some nut who tries to kill you?

Cloud-
... Whatever.

The two leave the bike and walk into the woods towards the castle.
Thunder rumbles and lightning strikes in the distance, keeping Tifa on constant guard.

In the cloud of darkness, on the blackest night,

The two come upon the castle yard, and look up at the bright light atop the building.

Tifa/Cloud-
There's a light.

PHANTOM VOICES-
Over at the Alexandrian Place.

Tifa/Cloud-
There's a light.

Burning up the fire place.

Tifa-
There's a light, light.
In the darkness, of everybody's life.

The two approach the doors of the building.
Suddenly, a figure appears in the upper floor window.

Emperor-
Darkness must loom,
Through the endless monsters screaming.
Let chaos bloom,
Awaken from the heroes dreaming,
Into my life.
Into my life.

Cloud/Tifa-
There's a light.

PHANTOM VOICES-
Over at the Alexandrian Place.

Cloud/Tifa-
There's a light.

PHANTOM VOICES-
Burning up the fire place.

Cloud/Tifa-
There's a light, light.
In the darkness, of everybody's life.

As they approach the doorway, a sign on the lawn reads: KUJA.

Cosmos continues to narrate the story from her throne.

Cosmos-
And, so it seemed that fortune had smiled down upon Cloud and Tifa.
They had found the assistence they so greatly needed.
Or, had they?

Thunder booms and the scene switches to Cloud and Tifa once again.

The two reach the large doorway of the castle, and Cloud knocks on it heavilly.
When there is no answer, Tifa rings the doorbell.
A strange noise echoes through the rain as she presses the button.

Tifa-
Cloud, maybe we should go.
We can walk to a gas station nearby.
Let's not bother these people.

Cloud-
Just a minute, Tifa.
They might have a PHS.

After a long silence, The Emperor finally opens the large doors, and stares down

the two.

Emperor-
... Hello.

Cloud doesn't even hesitate.

Cloud-
Hello, my name is Cloud Strife.
This is my friend Tifa Lockheart.
My motorcycle broke down further down the road.
We need to contact some of our friends so we can get out of here.
Do you have a PHS we could use.

Emperor just stares the two down for a minute.

Emperor-
... You're wet.

Tifa-
... Yes.
It's raining.

Cloud-
Yeah.

Emperor-
Yes.
... I think you had better come inside.

Cloud-
... Thank you.

Emperor shows them the way in.
As they enter, they hear the faint sounds of a party coming from the next room.
Tifa clings to Cloud as Emperor shuts the door behind them.

Tifa-
Cloud, I think this was a bad idea.

Cloud-
Relax, it's probably just some kind of meeting for sick wierdos.

Emperor steps in front of them, and shows them to the main hallway.

Emperor-
This way.

Tifa-
Are you... having a party?

Emperor-
You think wrong.
You've arrived on a rather amusing night.
It's one of the master's affairs.

Tifa-
He's lucky.

Suddenly, Ultimecia reveals herself from the top of a staircase and walks to

meet the team.

Ultimecia-
He's lucky, you're lucky, I'm lucky, WE'RE ALL LUCKY!

The Emperor walks over to a large clock on the wall and kicks the hands.
The clock begins spinning wildly as the Emperor turns to face the two.

Emperor-
It's astounding.
Time is, fleeting.
Chaos, takes its toll.
But listen closely.

Ultimecia-
Not for very much longer.

Emperor-
I've got to, keep control.

Suddenly, the Emperor begins to dance a strange dance around the room.

Emperor-
I remember! Doing the Time Warp!
Drinking, those moments when,
The blackness would hit me!

Cloud and Tifa ran from the Emperor and Ultimecia dancing, in the direction of

the ballroom door.
As they reach it, the two villians join hands behind them.

Ultimecia/Emperor-
And the void would be calling!

With hands joined they push Cloud and Tifa through the ballroom doors.
Within the ballroom danced a large crowd of deformed people.
They looked to be half monster, and half human, but decorated in clean suits of

sparkles and glitter.
Cloud and Tifa look on the crowd with confusion and astonishment.

Crowd-
Let's do the Time Warp again!

Upon seeing the crowd, Tifa faints into Cloud's arms.

Crowd-
Let's do the Time Warp again!

Cut to Cosmos's throne once more.
She holds a pointer.
She aims it to sign next to her.

Cosmos-
It's just a jump to the left.

Crowd-
And a step to the right - right - right - right - right.

Cosmos-
Put your hands your hips.

Crowd-
And bring your knees in tight.
But it's the pelvic thrust,
That really drive you insane!

Tifa revives again to see the crowd continueing.

Crowd-
Let's do the Time Warp again!

Tifa and Cloud try to make a run for it but are blocked as Ultimecia comes

bursting through the doors in full dance.

Ultimecia-
It's so dreamy.
Oh fantasy free me!
So you kan see me.
No, not at all.

In another dimension,
with voyeuristik intention.
Well sekluded, I see all.

Emperor-
With a bit of a mind flip.

Ultimecia jumps up and grips one of the ballroom's pillars.

Ultimecia-
You're into the time slip!

Emperor-
And nothing, will ever be the same.

Ultimecia-
You're spaced out on sensation!

Emperor-
Like you're under sedation!

Ultimecia and the Emperor push the two back into the ballroom.

Crowd-
Let's do the Time Warp again!

Ultimecia and Emperor draw Cloud and Tifa's attention to Yuna, in her singer

garb but with much more glitter, sitting atop a jukebox.

Yuna-
Well I was walking down the street,
Just having a think,
When a snake of a guy,
Gave me an evil wink!
Well it shook me up,
It took me by surprise,
He had a pick up truck,
and the devil's eyes!
He stared at me,
And I felt a change,
Time meant nothing,
Never would again!

Crowd-
Let's do the Time Warp again!
Let's do the Time Warp again!

At this point, Cosmos has stood up on her throne, doing the dance along with the

crowd and music.

Cosmos-
It's just a jump to the left!

Crowd-

Cosmos-
Put your hands on your hips!

Crowd-

But it's the pelvic thrust,
That really drive you insane!

With a squeel, Yuna jumps from the Jukebox to the floor.
She breaks out alone in her own personal tap number.

Crowd-
Let's do the Time Warp again!

Cosmos has gotten really into the music by now, full in dance and singing with

the music.

Cosmos-
It's just a jump to the left!

Crowd-
And a step to the right - right - right - right - right.

Cosmos-
Put your hands on your hips!

Crowd-
And bring your knees in tight!
But it's the pelvic thrust,
That really drive you insane!
Let's do the Time Warp again!

As the song trails off and dies, all the party goers, including the Emperor,

Ultimecia, and Yuna, fall to the floor, leaving Cloud and Tifa, confused and

frightend, the only people standing.
