Team Negi Discussion

Script Part 1/10 (I kinda want to get started on this):

Snow: "Negi, it's you, after all these years!"

Negi reminisces about his reunion with Snow, while still travelling.

Negi: "Excuse me. Do I know you?"

Snow: "Negi.... it's me.... Snow."

Negi: "Oh, right, the girl I used to waste time "playing" with. What are you doing here?"

Snow: "I was summoned by Sanaki to help. You were too, weren't you?"

Negi: "Yes, I was."

Snow: "Negi, this is perfect. It's been way to long, we need to catch up. How did school go? I heard you work for the Star Syble. That must be-"

Negi: "Stop!'

Snow: "Negi?"

Negi: "I'm not interested in exchanging friendly banter. I have things to do."

Snow: "You're going to fight aren't you? Let me come with you! We can fight together! Side by side, friends like we were, so many years ago!"

Snow holds out her hand. Negi pauses, but turns his head.

Negi: "No. I don't need a distraction such as "friends"."

Snow: "Negi..... please?"

Negi: "I'm not the same person anymore. Now, if you'll excuse me."

Negi leaves. Negi stops daydreaming.

Negi: "I wonder. Did I make the right choice?"

"Negi! Negi are you there?'

Negi is snapped out of his thoughts by a message from Sanaki.

Sanaki: "Negi, someone is in danger at Ultimecia's Castle. Please, she's in big trouble!"

Negi: "I'm going!"

Negi rushes to Ultimecia's Castle, where he see's Epic Girl cornered by Thaumaturge. He doesn't notice Syrup.

Thaumaturge: "At last, the final piece in my quest to destroy that damn rebel!"

Epic Girl: "My aeons will not falter. Step away!"

Syrup: "KYAHAHAHAHA! It's no use you little brat! Prepare for your death!"

Negi: "Stop this immediatly!"

Syrup: "Blast! Another warrior! I shall return for you later girlie!" Syrup vanishes into the shadows.

Negi: "That's quite enough! You won't be harming anyone!" Negi jumps before Thaumaturge.

Thaumaturge: "Why must you hinder me? If you're so persistant on helping this child I shall kill you too!"

Negi: "Just try!"

Battle Time!

Thaumaturge: "Gah! Damn you, warriors of Sanaki! Girl, I shall return for you later. You shall remain my pawn, no matter how hard you try to break free!" He leaves.

Epic Girl: "What a relief. Thank you. What is your name?"

Negi: "It's Negi. Magic Counselor to the Star Syble of Heaven's Tower."

Epic Girl: "Such a prestigous title. It shows in your strength."

Negi: "I need power. Enough to defend all of you. Now if you'll excuse me, others are in need." Negi starts leaving.

Syrup: "My god, what happened here?"

Negi stops in his tracks: "Who are you?"

Syrup: "Why, I'm a fellow Sanaki warrior. I came rushing here after I was told some people were in danger. It seems I'm too late."

Negi: "Indeed you are. Now if you'll excuse me."

Syrup: "Wait! Let me join you. I could use a strong one like you. I'm so weak, I need as much help as I can get."

Negi: "Quit the flattery. Words so useless will never alter my mind."

Syrup: "But please!?"

Negi: "..... You're too persistant. Barring you remain out of my way, you may follow me, if you so wish."

Syrup: "Why, thank you!"

Epic Girl: "Negi, wait a-"

Negi: "I've wasted too much time here."

Epic Girl: "But Negi, you must-"

Negi: "I'm leaving."

Epic Girl: "Negi!"

Negi: "Are you trying to hinder me? I'm needed elsewhere! I've wasted enough time on you!" Negi and Syrup leave quickly, leaving Epic Girl anxious.

Fallen: "Epic Girl! Thank goodness! Are you alright?" Fallen and Zero appear, at last.

Epic Girl: "Yes, someone.... helped me."

Fallen: "You're not hurt, are you?"

Epic Girl: "No, I'm alright."

Fallen: "Good. Now, let's hurry out of here. The commotion could atract more Shadow Lurkers."

Epic Girl: "Okay, let's hurry." Her team starts to leave. While walking, Epic Girl looks back, "Negi. Please be okay."

Wow...I sound...tough... I should warn you, I'm kind of a coward...Though the last line about being okay sounds like me

Why can I just picture when you two walk away from Epic girl, Syrup turns around and just laughs in her face while going along?

Also, Negi, you need to edit Part 3 so it has Zero instead of DEKM, so Dude can modify it in the story compilation.

Question: Isn't Syrup supposed to kill Snow, and then you kill Syrup, or am I missing something? Looking at it.... I'm missing something..

No, Snow was never going to be killed by Syrup.
She was just going to bait him, fight him during her story, then continue on in her own story until she faces her rival.
